Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aphrowuu ACO Dashboard web application, iOS mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You must have a valid Discord account and be a member of the Aphrowuu ACO Discord server with the required membership role.
• Access is granted on a subscription basis. If your membership lapses or your role is removed, your access to the Service will be revoked.

3. The Service

Aphrowuu ACO provides an automated checkout organization service for collectibles. The Dashboard and iOS app provide:

• Real-time checkout tracking and history
• Email-based order scraping (connecting your own email via IMAP)
• Inventory management and invoicing tools
• Package tracking integration
• Product release calendars and signup
• Points and rewards system
• Optional phone alerts for product drops

The Service is a tool for organizing and tracking your checkout activity. We are not responsible for the outcome of any individual checkout attempt, product availability, or retailer decisions.

4. Account & Authentication

You authenticate via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account. Do not share your login credentials or JWT tokens with others. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. Email Scraper & IMAP Access

By using the email scraper feature, you:

• Voluntarily provide your IMAP credentials to connect the Service to your own email account.
• Authorize the Service to access your email solely for the purpose of extracting order confirmation data from supported retailers.
• Acknowledge that you can delete your IMAP credentials at any time, which immediately revokes our access.
• Understand that email scraping is initiated only when you explicitly trigger a pull request.

We do not read, store, or process any email content beyond order confirmations from supported retailers (Walmart, Target, Pokemon Center, etc.).

6. Phone Alerts

If you provide a phone number, you consent to receiving automated calls and SMS messages for time-sensitive product drop alerts. You may remove your phone number at any time from your profile settings to stop receiving alerts. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply.

7. Membership & Payments

Membership tiers, pricing, and payment are managed through the Aphrowuu ACO Discord server. These Terms govern your use of the Dashboard and iOS app only. Subscription terms, refund policies, and payment disputes are handled per the arrangements made in the Discord server.

8. Points & Rewards

Points earned through the Service have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for currency. Points can be redeemed for items in the member store as available. We reserve the right to adjust point balances, modify the rewards catalog, or change the points system at any time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell access to the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond what is provided
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure
• Provide false information or impersonate another user
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the property of Aphrowuu ACO. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes as a subscriber. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular checkout or product purchase will be successful. Checkout results depend on retailer availability, bot performance, and factors beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aphrowuu ACO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the month preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or removal from the Discord server. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting an admin.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via Discord.
